About

Born on 13 March 1990, in Lugoj, Romania, Diana Dalban’s first expressions were through creative writing and performing arts.

Before finishing high school, she had won prizes and mentions in poetry, short stories, and diaristic writing. Diana had her first beauty shoot by 2007, followed by fashion spreads, and being her hometown beauty queen in 2008.

In 2009, Diana enrolled in university studies in Civil Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Timișoara, followed a couple of years later by studies in Economics at Tibiscus University of Timișoara.

Diana Dalban’s visual expressions through Fine Art Photography, Editorial, Fashion and Film Photography as a model brought her titles of photogenic in national and international photography contests and competitions, being exhibited in her native country and Europe, alongside Romanian visual artists such as Radu Carnaru, Andreea Retinschi, Denis Săvescu, Damian Diaconescu, Adrian Zaharia, and Vali Bărbulescu, to mention a few.

After modeling in Milan and Tokyo for some time, Diana was approached in 2015 by a local fashion and lifestyle magazine to fashion style their editorial spreads.

At the beginning of the following year, dianadalban.com’s Love to Inspire version was up online, giving her full freedom in creating visual stories accompanied by text, setting up the perfect mood for a more creative storytelling. She fashion styled and art directed visual campaigns for magazines, webzines, record labels.

But for Diana, creativity has a broader sense of meaning as it extends to much more than the work that she is doing. Follow her mood for updates.
